In collaboration with HoM, the artworks produced in BBTA were showcased online from June through August 2021.
The virtual exhibition, named “UNTOLD”,
observed 13,128 clicks, namely from Portugal, Greece, United Kingdom, Germany and Spain.

Humanity on the move

UNTOLD was a virtual group exhibition of young and emerging artists, hosted and curated by ASTRO. It showcased the results of the project “Breaking Borders Through Art”, organised by “Humanity on the Move”.

“Breaking Borders Through Art” aimed to amplify forced migrants voices. The idea is for migrants to share their stories through the work of artists with whom they closely collaborated over a 3 month period.

UNTOLD exhibits the fruits of these collaborations: A virtual exhibition of more than 70 artists bringing to life the UNTOLD personal stories of people that the world often ignores. The exhibition opens a direct line of communication between migrant and audience, through the prism of Art rather than that of western news media.
